Greta on the Go

Greta has been a very busy little girl lately. Mommy's co-workers had a baby shower where Greta received lots of fun toys and cute clothes.
She also experienced her first turtle races. Mommy and Greta went to watch (well, actually Greta slept) Daddy's camp kids race turtles. Daddy raced a turtle in Greta's honor.
This past weekend Greta met many of her Krump relatives. We attended a 50th wedding anniversary where Oma and Greta hit the dance floor. She loved the loud music, people, and all the action.
She's a very social little girl. She loves to smile and is beginning to coo. Her Mommy couldn't love her more!

Greta ready for her party. Mommy found some new headbands, so you'll be seeing a lot of them.

Pretty in Pink

This tummy time stuff gets tiring.

"Look at me Mommy. I can hold my rattle phone."

"Who needs a superhero when I have my Dad."

Greta and Auntie Kathryn ready for Henry's baptism. Thanks Schnells for the cute hat. I can't wait until I'm a little bigger, so I can wear the dress.

One Month Old

I can't believe our little girl is one month old tomorrow. It's hard to imagine our lives without her. She's starting to interact more and more every day. She is such a blessing. Gramma and Grampa Gillespie came to visit. We've had to start supplementing some formula, so Daddy has been able to feed Greta some of the time, which has been fun for him and nice for Mommy as well. As Daddy likes to call her "Baby Einstein." Any ideas to calm down this hair?

Greta is really starting to like her tummy time. She makes her Mommy so proud with how high she can hold her head up.

Greta and her cousin Henry met for the first time this past weekend. She really liked looking at and trying to "taste" Henry as well.
Trying to get two babies to cooperate for a picture can be a challenge.
Greta and her Opa having snuggle time.
What a big girl in her skirt!

Oma gave Greta a bowl bath. Not behind the ears, Oma.
Oma with her 4th of July babies.
Patriotic cousins.
Greta's first big blow out on Auntie Kathryn. Mommy ran for the camera instead of the wipes.
Greta ready to watch fireworks. She slept through them all.
What a beautiful girl in her 4th of July dress.
Daddy is always coming up with new ways to console our little one.
