Graduation

Greta had her ECFE graduation on Monday night.  She sprinted up to get her certificate and sprinted back, so this was the best picture I could get.  She LOVED "school" this year, and has really grown socially.  By the end of the year, she was would ask Miss Amy if she could play with certain toys and started briefly talking (a quick "hi") to her friends.  I must say I was very proud of how well she listened and participated in all the activities.  Luckily, there will be a couple summer classes we'll be able to attend as well :)

Story Land

The Minnesota Children's Museum had a Story Land traveling display at the D.L. Historical Society, so we went to check it out this Saturday morning.  We had the place to ourselves, so Greta got to partake in all the activities and received two free books!
Despite all the snow we had this year, this is Greta's first snowman from the "Snowy Day" book.

Busy planting vegetables in Mr. McGregor's garden.

Cooking in Peter Rabbit's house.

Snuggle time with Spot.

23/24 Weeks

I had another doctor's appointment on Friday.  Not much new to report.  My pregnancy has been fairly "uneventful" lately, which is the way I like it.  The baby's heart beat was back up to 160 bpm...so the guessing game continues :)

Week In Review

Greta had another busy week.  Thursday night she attended her first circus and reported her favorite part of the evening was the camel giving rides.  I must say it seemed like she thoroughly enjoyed her cotton candy and snow cone as well.  On Friday, Greta had her friend, Quinn, come over for a play date.  These girls were busy (play-doh, hide-'n-seek, dress-up, shopping, dancing, and restaurant), hence the lack of a good picture.  Now this weekend, our poor baby is sick with pink eye, so we've been stuck at home recuperating :(

"Hoppy" Easter

Mommy was on-call over Easter weekend, so we were lucky enough to have Oma, Opa, and Old Papa come to visit.
Coloring Easter eggs.  I asked Greta if she wanted to "dye" Easter eggs, and she kept saying, "No!"  I think she was a little confused with the word "dye" because she loved "coloring" eggs.

The two hard workers...

...and their beautiful eggs!

Seriously, Easter Bunny...on top of my chalk board.

The Easter Bunny hid 30 eggs for Greta to find.  It's a good thing she's been practicing all year :)
