We had a busy Sunday, as we traveled to Winthrop for cousins LorRae and Logan's birthday party.
Ready to hit the road.
Greta and Gramma.
Watch out, Hello Kitty! It's Greta with a stick.
Candy!
Sitting intently watching Rae and Logan open their gifts. Greta had another first this trip as she got to watch an Elmo video in the car! She was a very good girl for our 7 hours in the car. It's a good thing we had toys, Elmo, and of course, lots of "nacks."

Fun Fair!
Tante and Oma came last weekend for a girls' visit. We were able to get outside to go for a walk, eat a few treats from the bakery, and take in the St. Henry's Fun Fair. Thanks to Tante, I have a few pictures to share...

Greta's Favorite Things...
1) Watching Elmo on YouTube. Daddy can no longer bring his laptop in the house until after Greta goes to bed, because whenever she sees it, she gets obsessed about watching Elmo videos. The other morning she was dragging the laptop bag across the floor saying, "Elmo, Elmo, Elmo."
2) Picking her "boo-bers." I'm sure it doesn't help that every time she says, "boo-bers" Mommy has to laugh. I debated putting this picture on the blog, but then thought that someday when she has kids she might ask me if she went through a nose-picking stage. Well, here it is :)
On a better note, Greta has been such a sweetheart lately. She's a very good friend at daycare and loves her friend, Isaac. Steph, her daycare provider, told us she would clone Greta if she could because she's always such a good girl. Tonight she was pretending to go to the store and then would immediately return, but had to give Mommy and Daddy kisses and hugs before she left. Greta has such a wonderful imagination already and loves to play, play, play. The other night she was baking her cookies in her toy refrigerator, pretending they were hot when she took them out. She's turning into such a fun, sweet little girl. I thank God everyday for my precious, Greta. Mommy loves you, baby girl!
